O.C.’s culinary enthusiasts and oenophiles took a bite out of hunger by gleaning more than $50,000 during South Coast Plaza’s Summer Food & Wine Event, which benefited Second Harvest. Kathryn Glassmyer Cenci, Suzan Paek, Michael Cho and some 300 others worked their way through Charlie Palmer, devouring glazed duck lollipops, a seared tuna summer roll and signature Kobe-style truffle cheese sliders—delights created by chef Seakyeong Kim. Meanwhile, glasses were filled with vintages from 30 wineries, and a special Champagne tasting took place in the cellar. The night was topped off by a silent auction with food-focused packages
