It was the best of times at the Chopard reopening at Bal Harbour Shops. Company President and CEO Marc Hruschka flew in for the occasion, which also served as a fundraiser for the Bass Museum of Art. Locals, including Emilio Estefan, Silvia Karman Cubiñá and Malinka Max, pressed flesh and sipped cocktails as they took in the Haute Joaillerie collection of timepieces on display and the new boutique’s “eco-friendly spectacular” design by architect Thierry W.
