THE PARTY More than 900 (those who were there say more) rushed into the lobby of the Paramount Bay on a rainy evening to check out Miami’s hottest new highrise address. THE PLAYERS Developers Anthony Burns, Victor Ballestas and Edgardo Defortuna were on hand to lift the curtain on the condominium tower, which has sold $190 million in residences so far. Sadly missing was rocker Lenny Kravitz, the building’s interior designer. THE SCENE Packed as it was with real estate types, it was hard to hear the performance by DJ Andre Xavier and violinist Jesse Mali, but the crowds did quiet down a bit when Kravitz made an impromptu appearance via video.
