Orange County Museum of Art celebrated its most prestigious patrons with a soirée at the Shady Canyon home of Laurén and Trace Chalmers—the prequel to its annual Art of Dining affair. Guests were treated to gift bags carrying Caymus Special Reserve wine, courtesy of Matt Construction, and admired sparkling collections presented by Cartier. Another dazzling delight: the menu of halibut en papillote, ratatouille-stuffed petite airline breast and vol au vent of beef Wellington, all by 24 Carrots.
