THE PARTY At a private home in Peachtree Battle, invited guests were privy to the latest work of designer Juan Carlos Obando. Obando is a Council of Fashion Designers of America member, who began showing his collections after a private audience with Vogue Editor-in-Chief Anna Wintour.
