Arriving Now: Gold Exhibit at Atlanta's Fernbank Museum of Natural History

Want precious knowledge? Starting this Saturday, gold is the star of a new show detailing the science and culture behind man's attraction to the heavy metal. On display at Atlanta's Fernbank Museum of Natural History will be gilt artifacts like ancient coins and jewelry along with more modern elements such as Oscar statues, Grammy awards and Olympic medals. Taking Off: Jeffrey Fashion Cares

Headed to Atlanta? It's almost time for the city's biggest annual fashion event, Jeffrey Fashion Cares. This year's special guest designer? Young phenom Jason Wu (who designed Michelle Obama's inauguration dress). Cocktails and an auction will accompany a fashion show of looks from Prada, Bottega Veneta, Wu and more.
